Entirely my own fault. I was actually expecting this. I have been putting off invitations from my friend since almost the first day I started this protocol. She has been asking me to come over for dinner, and I've been feeling progressively worse about turning down her invitations. Well, last night I caved because my boyfriend had the night off, and we finally made the commitment to go over for dinner, and he was planning on working on their computer. Well, turns out my boyfriend bailed and got called in to work, and I was now committed to a dinner I could have avoided for just two more weeks. Again, c'est la vie. I fasted for most of the day leading up to this dinner, knowing that I was going to be cutting it close to my 500 calorie per day limit. I ate salad with cranberries, feta cheese, and walnuts...lasagna....two beers, and then two Italian cookies. I was completely stuffed. I can tell my stomach has probably shrunk to the size of a golf ball. So as a result of all this delicious food, I went up in weight. I'm going to have to really focus on the next two weeks. I only have 14 days to lose as much as possible! Ideally I would like to get to 35lbs lost. Here goes!

Pammy! You are so close the 30lbs mark! Amazing! I am so proud of you. Keep going. You are doing awesome. The last 2 weeks will fly by. Can't wait to see you soon.
