There is one truth that keeps emerging on this diet. IF YOU FOLLOW THE RULES, IT WILL WORK 100% OF THE TIME, EVERY TIME. I know its taken my thick head awhile to believe this. But,we keep proving it. The book does not lie. Do what you're instructed and you will both lose the weight and keep it off forever. Good job Pam!
